Hvad skal jeg gøre, hvis jeg finder fejl og mangler kort tid efter indflytning?
Det afhænger lidt af, hvilken type fejl du opdager. Hvis det handler om nedsat funktion af en installation i lejemålet, skal du henvende dig igennem lejerportalen, så vi kan få det løst hurtigst muligt. Et eksempel på det kan være et løbende toilet.
Hvis du har fejl og mangler af kosmetisk karakter som eksempelvis ridser, hakker eller mærker, kan du skrive disse ting på din fejl og mangelliste. Det har du 14 dage til at indberette. I forbindelse med indflytningssynet bliver der genereret en mail med et link, hvor du kan udfylde mangellisten. Hvis det skal udbedres, sørger Go’Bolig for det ellers bliver det gemt til den dag, du flytter ud.
Hvilke fejl og mangler bliver lavet og hvilke ikke?
Du vil naturligvis få udbedret eventuelle større fejl og mangler, som er nødvendige at lave for at kunne bo i lejemålet. Fejl og mangler, der er af kosmetisk karakter, vil ikke blive udbedret før fraflytning. I den forbindelse kan det være hakker i gulve, vægge eller lignende. Fejl og mangler af kosmetisk karakter vil blive noteret i din indflytningsrapport, og ellers kan du notere det i fejl og mangellisten, som sendes til administrator indenfor de første 14 dage i lejemålet.
Hvornår bliver mine fejl og mangler i lejemålet udbedret?
Nogle fejl og mangler bliver udbedret, andre gør ikke. Det afhænger af typen og størrelsen på den potentielle fejl. Hvis det handler om installationer af nedsat funktion, vil disse blive prioriteret over kosmetiske fejl. Små kosmetiske fejl bliver ikke udbedret, men det bliver noteret, så du ikke hæfter for det ved fraflytning, hvis disse er meldt ind inden 14 dage efter indflytning.

Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
Where does it come from?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
